About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / ERP Administrator to lead ERP initiatives and business process improvements within a growing manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the company's ERP ecosystem supports efficient production, inventory management, finance, and operations while driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate has strong experience administering and optimizing NetSuite in a manufacturing environment, understands how operational teams use systems such as Monday.com to manage workflows, and can partner with production, finance, and IT teams to improve data accuracy and business processes. Experience with 2020 Insight or similar manufacturing ERP systems is a plus but not required.
This position is 100% onsite, as close collaboration with the manufacturing floor is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator and project manager for the company's ERP environment.
- Lead ERP enhancement, optimization, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, finance, inventory, and sales teams to improve system utilization and data integrity.
- Optimize NetSuite workflows, reporting, and integrations to support manufacturing operations.
- Work with Monday.com workflows and collaborate with business users to ensure operational processes align with ERP best practices.
- Improve inventory accuracy, order management, production tracking, and reporting across multiple business systems.
- Identify manual processes and implement scalable system improvements and automation opportunities.
- Manage ERP-related projects, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, deployment, user training, and post-launch support.
- Develop SQL queries and reports to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and support operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Create documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user training materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of ERP administration, ERP project management, or ERP implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience supporting or integrating operational workflow platforms such as Monday.com.

- Experience with 2020 Insight or other manufacturing ERP systems.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, inventory, or production management platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases, APIs, and ERP integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, automation tools, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
