Title: SAP UAT Lead
Location: Onsite to Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: Contract/ Full time
Experience: 10 years only
Role Overview
Lead SAP UAT management, guiding client teams through testing processes, ensuring adherence to standards, and reporting project progress.
Key Skills
- Strong SAP experience
- Expertise in test plans, test cases, and manual testing
- Solid background in QA processes and methodologies
- Retail/online store domain knowledge
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Skilled in hosting status meetings and working cross-functionally
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve defects, and coordinate validation across backend systems/vendors
Qualifications
- Mandatory: SAP Testing and strong overall SAP knowledge
- Project management expertise; PMP certification preferred
- Experience across all phases of project delivery, including UAT and implementation
- Familiarity with client submissions/processing architecture
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Results-driven with risk, issue, budget, and timeline management capability
- Knowledge of Quality Center and leading UAT activities
