Title: Pega Tech Lead (LSA-1 Certified)
Duration: Fulltime with all the benefits
Location: Irving, TX- Hybrid
Experience: 10 Years
- Must have Pega LSA-1 certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10 years of Pega development experience with strong knowledge of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in Constellation is a must
- Skilled in Pega PRPC, Workflow, Decisioning, integration (REST, SOAP), and SQL.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications.
- Ability to break down user stories, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team; execute tasks hands-on.
- Create and maintain High-Level and Low-Level designs.
- Manage confluence/SharePoint documentation.
- Update daily reports to leadership/clients.
