Key Client Requirements:
12-18 years of software engineering experience with:
- 10 years in C#/.NET
- 7 years in Microservices & Distributed Systems
- 5 years in Architecture and AWS Cloud
- Strong technical leadership experience.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- C# 12, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core
- Microservices Architecture, DDD, Event-Driven Architecture
- AWS (EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS)
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation
- Kafka or RabbitMQ
- PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle, DynamoDB/MongoDB
- OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, IAM, Security Architecture
- Observability tools: OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana
Preferred:
- AI/LLM exposure such as OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings.
- AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CKA/CKAD certifications.
