Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Backend Architect to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based architectures, microservices, and modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
- Collaborate with frontend teams using ReactJS for seamless integration
- Define and maintain coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
Required Skills:
- 12 years of total experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Java Architect role
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus
