One of our leading client is looking for Fractional Project Manager in Dallas TX
Programmers.ai is seeking a client-facing Fractional Project Manager to lead software and technology initiatives while supporting client engagement and growth efforts. This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel or in-office time required (less than 10%).
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong delivery fundamentals with an empathetic personality, confidence, and the ability to clearly communicate with clients.
Responsibilities include:
· Leading delivery of client-facing technology projects
· Serving as the primary client point of contact and managing expectations
· Coordinating cross-functional teams including offshore resources
· Managing scope, timelines, risks, and change requests
· Facilitating all types of delivery, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
· Maintaining clear project reporting customized for client’s unique organizations
· Supporting pre-sales activities, client pitches, and service positioning
· Assisting with the creation or refinement of client-facing and marketing materials
Requirements:
· CSM and/or PMP certification strongly preferred
· Experience managing client-facing projects in a software services or technology environment
· Comfortable pitching services and presenting to clients
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
· Highly organized, adaptable, and confident
· Personality matters: professional, approachable, and credible
