Type:- Full Time/Contract
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead IBP (S&OP) implementation across demand, supply, and cross-functional planning
- Enable real-time scenario planning (CFSP) for supply vs demand optimization
- Configure solver-based supply planning models and planning workflows
- Drive multi-scenario simulation & comparison across planning cycles
- Design and implement demand planning models integrating sales, inventory, and market inputs
- Support capacity & constraint-based planning within IBP
- Lead migration from legacy planning systems to modern IBP platform
- Enable supplier collaboration and risk visibility frameworks
- Work closely with business stakeholders for solution design, UAT, and rollout
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Blue Yonder IBP / Luminate Planning
- Expertise in:
- S&OP / IBP processes
- Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Supply Planning & Optimization
- Scenario Planning (CFSP)
- Experience in large-scale supply chain transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of constraint-based planning & solver-driven models
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to automotive / manufacturing supply chains
- Experience with supplier collaboration platforms (S&OE / One Network)
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain visibility / TMS integration
- Experience replacing legacy APS/SPS systems

- Strong stakeholder management & communication
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Analytical mindset with business outcome focus
- Experience working in global delivery (onsite/offshore) environments
