Job Title - Automation Python Engineer, Full Time
Location - Dearborn, MI (onsite) : Onsite
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python
- Build and execute test suites using pytest or similar frameworks for integration and functional testing
- Integrate AI/LLM-based tools to accelerate test case generation, log analysis, defect triage, or code review
- Collaborate with automotive domain teams (ADAS, infotainment etc.) to understand test requirements
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with engineering and lab teams to resolve defects
- Maintain test documentation, coverage reports, and traceability matrices
- Automation HIL Engineer Responsibilities -
- Understanding of Vehicle Architectures of Conventional, EV and Hybrid Powertrain System and corresponding ECU's.
- Understand Vehicle features and ability to perform Manual testing and Automation Scripts
- Testing Experience in DSPACE HIL environment, Automation script development using ECU test
