Bilingual Building Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure assigned building is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
• Assist in training of all cleaning employees, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policy, and expectations
• Work with other vendors along with day porter (if there’s one)
• Efficiently maintain employees work schedules on a daily basis
• Keep account on budget with labor hours
• Supervise cleaning employees, enduring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness
• As necessary, function in general cleaning role to ensure work is complete
• Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with building procedures, and security
• Ensure all employees have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge if how to use them
• Order monthly supplies
• Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuing all employees are adhering to grooming and conduct standards
• Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of employees when appropriate
• Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures
• Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to district manager and human resources
• Communicates special on-site job requirements
• Schedule all projects and enter projects in book
• Maintain the Quality Control book and Program Book
• Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep District Manage advised of any problem situations
• Conduct safety meetings with employees as needed and assure that proper safety procedures are followed at the job site

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Walk and stand
• Climb, bend, kneel, crawl
• Wear a hip/backpack vacuum
• Push/pull up to 50lbs

MUST have own transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
