Specialized Experience

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYAs a Program Manager (Service Director), you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Assuring that policies, proposals, and plans within the technical areas are accurately and effectively implemented.
- Assures that program review and evaluation efforts are undertaken to identify problems and determine and improve the effectiveness of existing plans, programs, and policies.
- Demonstrating overall management responsibilities to exercise the full realm of supervisory authorities. Develops ways and means for handling workload within employment ceilings to insure maximum results.
- Provides direction through Branch Chiefs, team leaders and group coordinators.
- Carrying out all planning, problem solving, and evaluations of activities in the areas of administrative operations, financial management, real estate logistics, and acquisitions.
- Leads or participates in special projects involving issues that contain complicated elements; manages special cross-cutting initiatives to accomplish goals; and participates in conferences, negotiations, or other meetings with executive-level officials.
