Salary: Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. May analyze training needs. Bachelor's degree required. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across tasks and assignments. Contributes to major technology assignments. Functions as a technical contributor across multiple project assignments. Requires at least 3-5 years' experience and a military background. This is a remote position that will likely require extensive travel.Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of training & exercise support activities. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.Work directly with team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.Manage technical, clinical, and other relevant stakeholders to support all aspects of training and exercise support for government healthcare client, including assessment, planning, execution, re-assessment and process improvement, and reporting.Lead with technical and functional Subject Matter Experts (SME) to evaluate the current content / quality of training materials in order to develop a comprehensive training curriculum which incorporates in-person instruction (ILT); virtual instructor-led (VILT); and computer-based (CBT) delivery modes.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training curriculums, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant educational materials.Minimum Skills and Qualifications:* 3 plus years of project management experience, 6 years military medical operational experience, Plans and Operation experience for military exercises.* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills* Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain an active security clearance (and/or) has held an active security clearance in the past.* Ability to work with minimum of supervision and tracking. Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
