ProGlider Boats is a growing custom boat manufacturing business. We are expanding and looking for qualified individuals to join our team to build one of the best & most unique compact catamarans on the market. In this role you will contribute to the production of high-quality boats by ensuring optimal fiberglass lamination, while maintaining safety and efficiency standards
Fiberglass Lamination: Apply layers of fiberglass onto mold surfaces, ensuring precision and conformance with design specifications.
Trimming and Fitting: Trim excess materials from molds using hand tools, and adjust the size of fiberglass as required.
Assembly: Join Fiberglass components through adhesive and mechanical means. Assemble parts onto the boat based on the production order. Install hardware, wiring, electronics, tower, and additional accessories.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies.
Tool Maintenance: Maintain tools, equipment, and work area, ensuring that they are kept clean and operational. Report any maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines, and support in the successful completion of projects.

- Ability to work in hot environments
- United States work authorization required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
