Position Title: Call Center Agent I, II, III

Location: Henderson NV

Key Job Functions

  • Responsible for receiving calls from customers via email/phone and ensuring that the call is handled quickly and accurately to customer specifications.
  • Responsible for making outgoing calls to schedule deliveries with customers
  • Properly track drivers and report route activity as needed
  • Follow up with all drivers as needed to accurately and timely complete routes
  • Report any issues or incidents to proper team members, supervisors, and customers
  • Respond to all the customer’s inquiries and probe accordingly as to provide a first contact resolution
  • Track customer interactions and transactions using organized, effective and concise documentation within customer database
  • Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
  • Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
  • Cross train with other departments
  • Other Duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of High- Volume Call Center Experience
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
  • Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the job
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

  • Must have the Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
