Position Title: Human Resources / Payroll Administrator
Location: Perris CA

Remote: No remoted approved for this position - Required to be onsite in Perris CA
Type: Part Time Employee
Classified: Non-Exempt Employee (Hourly)
Schedule: < 5 hour> shift Monday –Friday < 3 days AM SHIFT / 2 Days PM Shift>
Shift: Day / 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM AND 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 DOB

We are seeking a Part Time onsite Human Resources / Payroll Administrator with a min. 3 years of experience. Familiar with labor laws in CA. ADP Workforce Now – plus Strong communication skills Excel - proficient.

Key Job Functions
- Working with the VP of Human Resources to handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and CA state Law
- General Administrative duties such as the creation and management of job postings, answering questions regarding employer benefit offerings, pay checks etc.
- Maintenance of confidential employee information
- Monitor/ Verify employee time-cards
- Work with the Payroll Manager in Payroll processing (ADP Workforce Now) for all onsite hourly employees
- Provides payroll information to employees by answering questions and requests
- Provide Employees with Badge Numbers
- Support the Onsite Recruiting Manager to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for all new hires
- New Hire Orientation
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Required
- Minimum Associate Degree- Human Resources
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Must exercise excellent judgment and discretion in every work-related interaction while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality: High emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrate a professional, caring and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, structured approach with ability to be flexible when required.
- Knowledge (or interest in learning) of federal and state labor laws to ensure compliance.
- Three (3) plus years or more of experience of experience in HR and payroll
