As a Physical Therapist at Progeny HR Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical function and mobility
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
