ProFysio Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. We're looking for a clinician who is confident treating a busy orthopedic caseload, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the flexibility to choose shifts while remaining part of an exceptional clinical team.
This position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys variety, wants supplemental income, or prefers a flexible work schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a treatment schedule averaging up to 3 patients per clinical hour
- Strong manual skills and exercise progression abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable—we're looking for someone our team can count on
Availability
We're seeking a PTA with broad per diem availability, with a particular need for clinicians who can help cover:
- Evening shifts
- Vacation coverage
- Staff PTO
- Unexpected schedule changes
- Additional hours during periods of high patient demand
