Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine relevant to home and hospice settings.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Home Care and Elder Care, including patient- and family-centered approaches.
- Demonstrated ability in Training, especially developing and delivering educational content for healthcare professionals.
- Current or recent hands-on experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, or related care coordination roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements in home and hospice care (e.g., quality metrics, compliance standards).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical concepts into accessible guidance.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Relevant professional licensure or certification (e.g., RN, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent) and prior consulting or education/training experience are preferred.
