ProFound Staffing is working with a software company in the Greenspoint area of Houston, Texas, seeking a Mid-Level C# Full Stack Developer with Single Page Application (SPA) experience.
The ideal candidate will build and enhance the company's web application using Agile Scrum methodologies, developing front-end, user-facing applications and back-end solutions that deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric features.
The tech stack centers on a single-page TypeScript application with a .NET/C# backend and SQL Server for persistence.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of professional web development experience
- Full Stack development
- SPA framework experience preferably in HTML, CSS, and Typescript
- C# .Net Framework
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Technical Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional software development experience related to our technology stack.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles, design patterns, and multi-tier architectures.
- Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with .NET Web API, ASP.NET, and front-end SPA frameworks such as Angular or Aurelia.
- Web Standards: Solid grasp of HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON data structures.
- Database Knowledge: Practical experience with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
- Software Design Principles: Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
- Version Control: Competence using GIT for version control.
- Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments, including estimation and backlog management.
Responsibilities:
- Feature Development: Design, implement, and deploy software features aligned with Agile sprint objectives.
- Full Lifecycle Engagement: Actively participate in all phases of software development—from requirement gathering through to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure features are developed with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests, and engage in regular code reviews to maintain exceptional code quality.
- Technical Leadership: Offer technical insights and mentorship to peers, fostering best practices and innovation.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and successful project outcomes.
- Agile Involvement: Actively contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating self motivation and the capability to work independently.

Work Environment:
The work environment is business casual. There is approximately 20 people on the team to include software development, sales and administration.
