Seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in various healthcare settings.
- Assess referred patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust care plans to meet patient goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passment.
- Graduation from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Current state license or in the process of licensure application.
- Current CPR certification.
