- Administer medications and treatments, assist during cardiac procedures
- Assess patient conditions, document findings, and respond to emergencies
- Educate patients on cardiac health and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Perform other duties within scope of practice as needed
- One year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading instructions, PC skills, and physical ability to move equipment
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate effectively
