Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data
- Administer medications and treatments, assist with cardiac procedures
- Observe, record patient responses, and notify physicians of changes
- Respond effectively to cardiac emergencies
- Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and adhere to protocols
- Current RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year recent Stepdown RN experience
- Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in reading instructions, documentation, and basic PC skills
- PCCN, NIHSS, or other relevant licenses
