- Perform radiologic procedures following safety standards and physician requests.
- Select and adjust technical settings based on patient needs.
- Develop and implement appropriate imaging protocols.
- Document procedures in compliance with hospital policies.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and monitor performance metrics.
- Complete assigned goals and perform additional duties as needed.
- Completion of an accredited Radiology Technology Program.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) or pending registration.
- Understanding of radiologic principles and techniques; ability to follow instructions and organize work.
- Current BLS certification; state licensure as required.
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Additional training or certifications in radiologic practices.
