- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Maintaining professional accountability for patient outcomes
- Utilizing nursing skills to deliver safe and effective care
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or IV certification may be preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical duties required for patient care
- Experience as an LPN, new or seasoned
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care procedures
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and prolonged standing
