Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
- Current RN license and BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required; other certifications as specified
- Ability to attend new nurse orientation and complete competency validations
- Utilize nursing process per ANA standards
- Provide patient education and address diverse needs
- Administer treatments following protocols, monitor side effects
- Document care accurately
- Delegate and manage clinical contingencies effectively
