Registered Nurse - Neuro IMCU

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Intensive Medical Care Unit (IMCU) team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients with complex neurological conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and safety.

Responsibilities include

• Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs, neurological status, and response to interventions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Providing patient and family education on neurological conditions and post-discharge care
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
