- Deliver direct patient care, ensuring safety and quality.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses.
- Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license with an Associate or higher degree in Nursing.
- Within five years if holding an Associate Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
- Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Certification in lactation counseling (CLC, CBC, or similar) within one year.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adhere to clinical and safety standards.
