Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the 9N – In-Patient Rehab unit in Ingleside, Texas. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring rehabilitation services, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educating patients and families on recovery processes and discharge instructions
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and progress
