Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, Per Diem Nights

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate care across multiple inpatient units, including medical-surgical, telemetry, and step-down units.

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and medication administration
  • Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to care planning and patient education

Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills, ability to adapt to changing patient acuity, excellent communication, teamwork, and a patient-first approach. Familiarity with a technologically advanced healthcare environment is preferred.
