Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine

Role: Family Medicine Physician in a 100% outpatient setting, providing comprehensive primary care in a rural community.

Responsibilities: Practice full-spectrum family medicine including minor procedures, women's health, wellness visits, physicals, immunizations, and preventive care.

• Utilize EPIC EHR for documentation and care coordination.
• Provide on-campus diagnostic services.
