- Support students individually or in small groups for academic, behavioral, and social needs.
- Maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
- Provide crisis support and utilize diverse teaching methods to engage students.
- 60 college credits or passing scores on relevant assessments.
- Proficiency in English and U.S. work authorization.
- Prior experience with children in structured settings is advantageous.
- Physical ability to move around, lift up to 20 lbs, and assist students physically.
- ParaPro Certification, Behavioral Technician, PCA, or school-based experience with special needs children.
