Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure
- Current LPN license in the state, meeting all regulatory requirements
- ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS (American Heart Association), LPN-IV Certification, or other unit-specific certifications as required
- Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
