Responsibilities: Collaborate with center leadership and medical staff to deliver high-quality healthcare, achieve facility goals, and ensure compassionate patient care.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practice, with preferred minimum two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations. Must hold an unrestricted license and DEA where practice permits.
