- Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program and hold an active license in the applicable state.
- Preferably possess one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification required and must remain current.
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients.
