- Performing nursing duties while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Ensuring compliance with mission, values, and service standards
- High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license, meeting state licensing requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks
- New or experienced LPNs welcomed
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS), to be obtained within 30 days if not already held
- LPN-IV Certification, to be completed within 3 months if not held
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E. may be required based on the unit
