Key Responsibilities
- Implement and follow physical therapy treatment plans.
- Chart patient progress accurately and timely.
- Utilize therapy software and maintain documentation standards.
- Assist with patient mobility and safety, including evacuation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
- Current licensure or registration in the applicable state.
- Preferred prior experience in post-acute care.
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement.
