Key Responsibilities
- Obtain blood samples following proper collection policies.
- Ensure accurate specimen labeling and handling in accordance with policy.
- Perform requisition entry, checks, and filing.
- Complete required competencies in phlebotomy, specimen processing, and basic client services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Phlebotomy certification upon hire preferred.
- Less than one year of phlebotomy experience or completion of a phlebotomy program.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and good communication skills.
