- Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Provides direct patient care and supports nursing staff.
- Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals and tasks.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; limited to 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
- Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
