Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care for patients, families, and care partners, ensuring safe and optimal health outcomes.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, guiding multidisciplinary teams to meet facility goals and adhere to patient-centered care principles.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a BSN required.
- Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and familiar with stress testing.
- Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments required.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Support the hospital's mission, vision, and quality standards through leadership and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and care protocols.
