- Conduct psychosocial and risk assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop and implement treatment plans.
- Participate in discharge planning and outpatient service coordination, collaborating with healthcare teams and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Strong clinical skills with experience in various therapeutic modalities
- Previous medical or hospital social work experience preferred
- MA LICSW licensure required
