- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans via telehealth.
- Offer ongoing dietetic counseling and support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Registered Dietitian credential with active national registration (CDR).
- Active, unencumbered state license (excluding CA, MI, NJ, AZ, VA, CO).
- At least 1 year of experience in patient coaching and planning.
- Minimum 1 year of telehealth practice experience.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with obesity and diabetes patient populations preferred.
- Experience with GLP-1 medication management is a plus.
