Behavior Technician - Center-Based

Position Overview: The Center-Based Behavior Technician provides direct, one-on-one and group ABA therapy to young children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Key responsibilities include data collection, executing behavior protocols, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The role involves preparing client materials, supporting behavior reduction and skills acquisition, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RBT certification from BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and TB testing
• Ability to physically perform job duties, including lifting and quick movement
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and cultural competency
• Proficiency with technology for data recording and digital applications
