About ProForm Physical Therapy
Founded in 2016, ProForm Physical Therapy is a cash-based, out-of-network practice located in Salisbury, MA. We specialize in helping active adults, athletes, runners, lifters, and fitness enthusiasts overcome pain and improve performance.
Our model allows therapists to spend a full 60 minutes one-on-one with every patient, providing the time and attention necessary to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and movement analysis
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term health
- Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts)
- Passionate about working with active adults, athletes, and fitness-minded individuals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Growth-minded and motivated to continually improve
- Comfortable prescribing strength and conditioning principles
- Values patient outcomes over patient volume
Preferred (But Not Required)
- CSCS, CFSC or similar certifications
- Experience with runners, athletes, barbell athletes, or sports performance
- Manual therapy experience
- Dry needling certification
