Now Hiring: Seasonal Service Professionals - Tallahassee area

Peak season is here, and ProForce Pest Control is continuing to grow our team with several Seasonal Service Professional positions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, customer interaction, and being part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

We’re looking for seasonal warriors to join the front lines as Service Professionals - no experience required - we provide paid training and certification support. If you’re hardworking, customer-focused, and ready to build a stable career with real growth potential, we’ll train you every step of the way.

As a Seasonal Pest Control Technician / Service Professional, you will:

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services
• Conduct home inspections and pest inspections
• Identify pest activity (ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, insects, and other household pests)
• Apply eco-friendly pest treatments safely and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service and education to homeowners
• Provide preventative pest control solutions
• Maintain service routes and service schedules
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Represent ProForce professionally in the field

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
• Pest control experience is a plus, but not required
