- Base uncapped commission
- Company vehicle Fort Myers, FL – Onsite
You’ll work in the field with your Branch Manager and Sales Team Leader to bring in new customers and grow existing accounts. Day-to-day, that means:
- Running scheduled inspections with current customers and recommending added services
- Prospecting in your local area to find new business
- Explaining our services clearly and closing accounts that stick
- Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets
- Base pay plus commission with no cap
- $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Company vehicle and gas card
- Company phone, iPad, and the tools you need
- Paid training from day one
- A real path into leadership
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Confident, clear communicator who likes talking to people
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on your own
- Valid driver’s license; must pass MVR, background check, and drug screen
