Role Description The Construction Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hayward, CA. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities for flooring materials and related construction supplies, ensuring availability, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal project teams, and monitoring delivery schedules to keep multifamily projects on track. The specialist evaluates supplier performance, supports contract negotiations, and maintains accurate records and reports related to procurement activities. This role collaborates closely with operations, project managers, and warehouse staff to align materials procurement with project timelines and budget goals.
