As a Sales Agent, you’ll introduce AT&T’s industry-leading services—including Fiber Internet, 5G mobile, and digital home security—directly to customers in their local settings, using consultative selling to build value. Supported by tools and internal teams, the Sales Agent will track conversions, refine their approach, and ensure every activation reflects AT&T’s reliability.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Agent
- Present AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled services to customers—guiding enrollment and activation through direct engagement.
- Generate and manage leads using CRM tools, sales campaigns, and strategic follow-ups—building a high-conversion sales pipeline.
- Track activations, upsells, and customer feedback to support campaign goals and service performance.
- Log customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement history in CRM systems—fueling retention and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, align messaging, and ensure smooth delivery across residential and business accounts.
- Stay alert to customer needs and market shifts—recommending upgrades and identifying upsell opportunities across AT&T’s full product suite.
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Agent
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; additional coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
- Experience in direct sales, customer outreach, or service coordination—especially in telecom, retail, or sales-based environments—is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain service options clearly, build trust, and close confidently.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools—skilled at managing workflows, tracking metrics, and supporting campaign visibility.
