Profit Path SEO LLC a results-driven SEO and digital marketing agency based in Lodi, WI is looking for a local, hands-on WordPress Developer & Automation Implementer to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with opportunity to grow as the agency expands.
You'll work directly alongside our founder to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites for local business clients and implement marketing automation workflows that drive real, measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites for clients across various industries
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (CRM integrations, email sequences, lead capture, etc.)
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, site performance issues, and custom functionality
- Collaborate on client projects including SEO-optimized builds, landing pages, and funnels
- Support ongoing client deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, page builders)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
- Ability to work independently and manage your own task list
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be local to the Lodi, WI area
- Must be willing to come into the office 2 days per week in Lodi, WI (remaining hours can be remote)
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, PipeDrive, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar all-in-one marketing platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and on-page optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and light PHP customization
- Experience working with small business or agency clients
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22.00/hour — starting pay
- Hours: Part-time | 100 hours/month (25 hrs/week)
- Location: Hybrid — Lodi, WI office (2 days/week) remote
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
