Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction and restoration projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to ProFire’s quality standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and restoration projects from inception through completion.
- Oversee all aspects of project performance, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
- Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
- Manage and develop subcontractor relationships to support departmental growth and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and insurance representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track job costs, create estimates, and maintain up-to-date project documentation in systems such as DASH or Xactimate.
- Review and approve material selections, contracts, and change orders as needed.
- Ensure timely communication between construction crews, coordinators, and office staff.
- Support adherence to company safety policies and participate in safety audits or meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Construction Department and overall company success.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects required.
- Experience with insurance restoration or general contracting preferred.
- Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, and TPA platforms (e.g., Contractor Connection, Alacrity) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
