Role Description: The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of projects from kickoff through completion. This role coordinates timelines, resources, and logistics, ensuring orders, deliveries, and installations are accurately tracked and completed on schedule. The Project Coordinator communicates regularly with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements, manage updates, and resolve issues promptly. Daily work includes preparing project documentation, maintaining status reports, updating project management systems, and assisting with budget tracking and invoice review. The PC also helps identify process improvements and ensures that each project aligns with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with experience coordinating multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
