VP of Global Tax Requirements:
- 10 years in a senior tax role, preferably in a multi-entity, global environment.
- Extensive knowledge of pass-through entities and related tax implications.
- Strong understanding of U.S. international tax provisions and foreign reporting obligations (e.g., Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, K2, and K3).
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exposure to global indirect taxes (GST, VAT) is a plus.
VP of Global Tax Responsibilities:
- Lead an in-house tax team and provide strategic direction across our global and domestic tax operations.
- Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and audit management.
- Optimize tax position across portfolio of U.S. and international affiliates and ensure that tax strategy is aligned with broader business objectives.
